Info for Vendors

The most updated list of vendors is linked below. The only two sites we have are roll-on/roll-off sites in the street. To be eligible for one of those sites, you need to be able to set up between 9:30am-10am as well as pack up and be out of the site between 3:40pm-4pm. You can email your application to autumnonthegreen@gmail.com to be put on our wait list.

2025 Notes

BE SURE TO HAVE YOUR PARKING PASS DISPLAYED ON YOUR DASH FOR ACCESS TO THE GREEN FOR UNLOADING.

It appears we will be pretty booked up for the event this year.  It will be important for everyone to do their part in unloading efficiently and making sure to move their car so other vendors will have access to the Green for unloading.  We will be pushing almost 200 vehicles through the unloading process.

SATURDAY SET UP IS WELCOME. Consider leaving tents tables or display racks in advance to reduce the amount of time you need for unloading on Sunday. 

No vehicles are permitted on the Green – sorry.

Staff in yellow jackets will be available for questions and assistance finding sites as needed.

We WILL be doing PRE-REGISTRATION again this year. To qualify for the $5 discount and a first option on a site you will need to complete the preregistration and drop it, along with payment off at the AOG tent located on the corner by the bandstand. We will be passing these envelopes around throughout the day. You will need to leave the pre-registration in the drop-box by 6pm for us to be able to honor the discount and give you first option to the site you were in.
