The DVIS aims to keep Danville Village beautiful and welcoming! In 2025, DVIS helped to organize the Annual Holiday Stroll alongside the Chamber with additional holiday decor and event support.

The DVIS meets quarterly in January, April, July and October.

Green Up Day: Saturday May 2nd, 2026 | 8:30am-12:30pm

Join us for a fun day of cleaning up our community! Let’s make our space more beautiful to live in. We will provide trash bags, snacks, drinks and lunch. You just need to come in comfortable clothes (and you may want gloves) and bring a friend or your family with you to help clean up!

Home base will be on the Town Green at Route 2 and Peacham Road. Come get trash bags, choose an area, then take off to beautify Danville.

If you are participating your own, please return bags to the recycle center.
